What is Baitsol?
Baitsol is point of sale, multi-branch stock, an online store and bookings in one system. Its built-in AI Command Center answers plain-English questions using your own sales and stock numbers.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a free trial, and no credit card is needed to begin. Plans and pricing are listed on the pricing page.
What is the AI Command Center?
You type a question the way you would ask a manager, for example which products are not selling or who owes you money, and get a straight answer with the exact numbers behind it. Answers are explained using figures the system calculated itself from your own sales, stock and records.
What data does the AI see?
Only totals and product names are sent to the AI provider, never customer names, phone numbers or emails. You choose the AI provider, including free options, in Settings.
Can Baitsol manage more than one branch?
Yes. Every branch keeps its own stock levels. You can transfer stock between branches instantly, or send a transfer for the receiving branch to count and approve before it lands.
Can I sell online with Baitsol?
Yes. A storefront for your products is included, so customers can browse, order and pay online while stock stays in sync with your branches.
Does Baitsol support bookings?
Yes. Services, staff and appointment slots are supported, with the same live availability shown to customers and to staff who create a booking by hand.
Does the point of sale keep working if my connection drops?
The point of sale keeps taking sales through short connectivity outages and syncs automatically once you are back online.
Can I use my own domain name and currency?
Yes. You can price in your own currency and point your own domain name at your store when you are ready to go live under your own brand.
How do I get started?
Register, add your branches and bring in your products by typing them in or importing a spreadsheet. Then open the point of sale or turn on your online store.
How do I contact the Baitsol team?

What is the Blessed Assurance Mall?
The Blessed Assurance Mall is the public directory of online stores built on Baitsol, run by Blessed Assurance I.T. Every store has its own address and its own page in the directory.
How do I find a store built on Baitsol?
Use Find store on this website to search by store name or address, then visit the store or log in to it.
Can I use my own domain, or get the source code?
Yes to both. A store can run on your own domain name, and the software and source code can be provided for you to install on your own hosting. See the own domain page or contact us for options and pricing.
