What's new in Blessed Assurance Mall
Real changes as they ship. Here is what has recently landed, and what we are building next.
AI Command Center New
Ask plain-English questions about your sales, stock, branches and customer credit, and get an answer explained from numbers the system calculated itself, never guessed by the AI. Every answer shows exactly what it is based on, and you can open "Show the numbers" to check the figures yourself.
It understands real dates and comparisons: "last month", "Q1", "the last 30 days", "May 2025 vs May 2024". Choose your own AI provider in Settings, including free options.
Stock transfers: approval, your way New
Transfers between branches can now go straight through, or be sent for approval. Stock leaves the sending branch immediately and sits "in transit" until the receiving branch counts it and approves. Count less than was sent and the difference returns to the sender automatically, logged in stock history. Set it per transfer, or require approval for every transfer business-wide.
The transfer screen also got a proper search. Start typing a product name and matching items appear as you go, scoped to what the sending branch actually has.
Your own legal pages New
Every store now gets editable Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Returns, Shipping and Cookie Policy pages, with ready-made defaults filled in with your store's own name and contact details. Edit them from your admin area any time. Each store's copy is separate from every other store's.
Point of sale: fewer clicks, everything visible
The checkout panel (current sale, discount, payment and the Complete Sale button) now fits on a laptop screen without scrolling. Quick discount and quick cash-amount buttons were removed in favour of the Percent and Amount fields, which do the same job with less clutter.
Safer by default
Refreshing or resending a page no longer repeats the action it submitted. If a record was changed in another tab or by someone else since you opened it, saving now refuses and shows the current values instead of silently overwriting the newer change. Saved API keys and passwords are no longer shown back on screen, and a blank field no longer erases a saved one by accident.
CSV and Excel import, rebuilt
Importing products now matches columns by header name, so a file you exported can be edited and imported straight back. You choose whether stock in the file should be kept, added to, or replace what is on hand.
Stock history, corrected
Editing a product's stock from the product page, the products list or the stock overview screen now applies only the change you actually made, so a stale page open in another tab can no longer silently undo a restock.
What we are building now
Shared in the open: things already underway, not vague promises.
Manual booking entry everywhere In progress
Staff can already create a booking by hand with the exact live availability customers see. We are extending the same pattern to hospitality (manual stay booking) and to recording an offline donation from scratch for nonprofits.
Full revenue in every report In progress
The main dashboard already counts booking, hospitality and nonprofit income alongside orders. We are rolling the same fix out to profit and loss, monthly reports, analytics and the remaining role dashboards.
Restaurant module In progress
Menu modifiers (size, add-ons, spice level) are the current focus: selecting them on the product page, carrying them through the cart, and into checkout.
Customer portal theming Planned
Bringing the customer-facing account pages in line with a store's chosen theme.
