This policy explains what personal information this website collects and what we do with it.
This policy covers the marketing website at https://www.baitsol.com/. The Blessed Assurance Mall application, where you register a store and sell, has its own privacy policy at https://baitsol.com/public/privacy.php, and each store on the platform publishes its own policy for its customers.

What we collect, and why

We do not run advertising or third-party tracking tools on this website and we do not use session recording. The only outside service loaded is Cloudflare Turnstile on the contact page, a security check that tells people from robots; Cloudflare receives technical information from your browser for that purpose. We do not load fonts or embeds from other companies.
How long we keep it
Contact messages are kept for up to 24 months after we last communicate with you, then deleted. Server logs are kept for the period set by our hosting provider. You can ask us to delete your message sooner.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. It is handled on our behalf by our web hosting provider and our email provider so that the site and our replies work. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for a purpose you object to. Email [email protected] and we will respond. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. These rights come from the data protection law that applies to you, for example Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) and, where it applies, the GDPR or UK GDPR.
Marketing email
Sending us a message does not sign you up to a mailing list. We use your email address only to reply to you.
Children
This website is for businesses and is not aimed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you think a child has sent us information, tell us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
